27Do not withhold any goods from the owner when it is in your power to act. 28Say not to your neighbor, “Go, come back tomorrow, and I will give it to you,” when all the while you have it. 29Do not plot evil against your neighbors, when they live at peace with you. 30Do not contend with someone without cause, with one who has done you no harm. 31Do not envy the violent and choose none of their ways: 32To the LORD the devious are an abomination, but the upright are close to him. 33The curse of the LORD is on the house of the wicked, but the dwelling of the just he blesses; 34Those who scoff, he scoffs at, but the lowly he favors.

2II - Whoever walks without blame, doing what is right, speaking truth from the heart; 3Who does not slander with his tongue, does no harm to a friend, never defames a neighbor; 4Who disdains the wicked, but honors those who fear the LORD; Who keeps an oath despite the cost, 5lends no money at interest, accepts no bribe against the innocent. III - Whoever acts like this shall never be shaken.

16Just so, your light must shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your heavenly Father.

16“No one who lights a lamp conceals it with a vessel or sets it under a bed; rather, he places it on a lampstand so that those who enter may see the light. 17For there is nothing hidden that will not become visible, and nothing secret that will not be known and come to light. 18Take care, then, how you hear.
